Honey-Sriracha Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and garlic.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, brushing with leftover marinade.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately with lime wedges.
