Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and garlic.
- Add shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, brushing with leftover marinade.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately with lime wedges.
