Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece for even cooking.
  4. Grill skewers for 5 minutes per side, basting with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
  5. Remove from the grill, brush with additional BBQ sauce, and serve warm.
