Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Thread chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece for even cooking.
- Grill skewers for 5 minutes per side, basting with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the grill, brush with additional BBQ sauce, and serve warm.
